M4a > FLAC in every case. Lossy M4a owns FLAC. Don’t let file sizes fool you.

About the mp4 guy, I'll explain here. He had a fight here last year because some shows were posted in mp4 without saying what format it was. And since he wanted them in FLAC, and he thinks he's the center of the universe, he started with these ironies about mp4. Just ignore him and keep sharing the format you prefer. If you don't want to download a specific format, it's simple, on't download it. Appreciate and be thankful that there are people who share it, or we would have to pay to have these shows on nugs or tenclub.
